This was one of the best briskets I've ever had - no surprise your Google reviews are so great. Denise, our server, was fantastic. She took her time and, knowing we're not from Texas, explained everything we asked about in detail. In the end, we enjoyed two phenomenal cocktails and an incredible combination of barbecued ribs and brisket. I highly recommend this place!

It is Always great coming here. This establishment never disappoints. It is very clean. Nice clean restrooms. I came to celebrate my birthday. Today our waitress was Pearl. She has such a great attitude and has been one of the best waitresses we've had here. The ambiance is always casual and the food is wonderful as always. Today I ordered the brisket combo and added a rib. Everything was delicious. I recommend coming here especially for special occasions. The pork belly bites are the best. Will come back soon. Prices have gone up some but so far it's been ok.

Loved this hybrid menu of items from Pappas bbq/Pappas steakhouse. Had some great dishes such as the Nashville hot chicken, chicken fried steak, and filet mignon. Portions were great, service was excellent, and reasonably priced overall. Haven't had a bad experience at a Pappas owned restaurant yet in Houston and we'll definitely plan to return

Brisket Catfish Fried green tomatoes Apple pie ice cream dessert. Can't wait to get back to eat those items again!!! The brisket will make you slap yo mama and grandma!!! But they might pop you back if they are anything thing like mine lol. Definitely try those things folks. Especially the brisket!!!

Took a friend to Delta Blues to celebrate their birthday. (I would recommend making reservations). First time for both of us and the place did not disappoint! Food was fabulous! Our server, Juan, gave excellent food suggestions and fantastic service. The whole experience was so much fun, the food and drinks so good that I forgot to take photos! We enjoyed: DELTA BLUES OLD FASHIONED Buffalo Trace bourbon whiskey, dark sugar syrup, bitters, orange peel 15 Substitute Delta Blues Exclusive Blanton's 23 (one of the best Old Fashion's I've had). Sticky Pork Belly Bites with cherry cola glaze (order with extra glaze and use like a dipping sauce because WOW!) PRIME BRISKET COMBO prime beef brisket & smoked chicken (the brisket was insanely tender and flavorful). Delta Pork Ribs Combo Delta pork ribs & sausage (ribs were tender and flavorful and the sausage was delish). Sides: Pit-Smoked Pork & Beans, Mac & Cheese with buttered cracker crust, green beans, Buttered Mashed Potatoes (All were wonderful but the beans and Mac & cheese? Spectacular!) Really liked this place. Great atmosphere, seemed to have a lively/fun bar, booth was comfy, and I do not have a bad thing to say about our experience. Can't wait to go back.

Definitely go! The food was all delicious. We were lucky to get in seeing Galvaston Co was still recovering from Hurricane Beryl. We had the pulled pork nachos for an appetizer. They were okay. I feel like they were a little stingy with the pulled pork. Our group each had a different beer I had the Milk Stout Nitro that was on the menu. It was delish. We had the smoked chicken, the chicken fried chicken, the brisket and I had the pulled pork and pork belly sandwich, it was awesome. Our sides were all good. The Resturant was clean and the restrooms tidy. I don't believe the bbq itself was necessarily better than a lot of other Texas bbq joints, but the dining experience certainly was. In true Pappas fashion the southern ambience is there with all of the franchise accoutrements. The bbq will not be on Texaa Monthly's Texas best bbq, but it's worth taking family and friends there. Go!

We came here when we visited (Webster) Houston. It was close to where we were staying. If you're in the area, I would highly recommend. The friendly servers made us feel welcomed. And the food is amazing. The Prime Beef Brisket is so tender and amazing smokey flavour. The Buttered Mashed Potatoes is super creamy. And the Pit-Smoked Pork & Beans, a nice balance of savouriness. The Prime Burger, doesn't disappoint. It's everything you need in a burger. Just writing this review makes me want to book another trip to Houston for some Prime Beef Brisket and Buttered Mashed Potatoes. Houston Experience. Complete.
